“Vitamin Sea” our 30A Coastal Retreat is New to the Rental Market but we are not!  We are Owners and we self manage all of our vacation rentals, so you will be dealing directly with us! No answering services or messaging centers. We take pride in providing the highest quality in accommodations and Southern hospitality to all of our guests!  You will receive my personal cell number to contact directly with any questions you may have and we will do our best to exceed all of your expectations!

We purchased this studio condo in January 2022. My husband, being a talented carpenter and contractor spent months turning it into a Coastal Retreat! We are happy to share it with you!

Located in The Village of South Walton directly behind Peddler's Pavilion, this Studio overlooks scenic 30A nestled between Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach. Our physical address is listed as Inlet Beach but if you plug that into Google maps it will map it incorrectly. Our Beach access point is Sunset Beach, directly across the street from Seacrest Beach.

 

Our condo has been completely remodeled with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps up to 4 adults but could accommodate up to 5 with small kids.  There is a cozy King size Bed and one set of custom built bunks with a trundle. The condo features an electric fireplace for ambiance and a mounted 65 inch smart Roku TV.  The Kitchenette has all the amenities you need to prepare a quick meal or snack.  It is stocked with a 2 burner hot plate, Crock Pot, Rice cooker, Keurig, regular coffee pot, blender, microwave, Toaster Oven/Air fryer, dishes and an apartment size refrigerator. We provide 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. If you will need extra please bring it or you can purchase from one of the nearby stores. 

 

On the first floor of our building there is an onsite Laundromat with Credit card operated Speed Queen Washers and Dryers for guest use.  You will also have access from inside our condo to the shared balcony that overlooks the pool area. Such a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the live music at Peddlers Pavilion!

All guests will have access to our Resort Style pools. 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills are available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave this Coastal Retreat.

The location couldn’t be better! Enjoy live music and easy access for bike rentals at Peddler’s Pavilion, as well as all of the amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer, you can park your car and never have to get back in it until it is time to leave. There is plenty to do, see, and eat! Hang out on the beach, take a long run, walk or bike ride along 30A's charming 18-mile sidewalk. There is a fabulous Farmer's Market on the weekend where you can select fresh local fruits, produce, and honey. Nearby beachside communities such as Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor, and Santa Rosa Beach are just minutes away. The Village is also conveniently located 20 minutes from Panama City Beach. This 30A vacation rental is a great choice for a romantic stay for two, a small family vacation, or a small group of friends looking for a quick getaway!

Beach access is Super easy.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk directly down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. There is a Tram that can also drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk.  The complimentary tram runs regularly March - October on a 20-minute schedule to the beach, pools, and shops. Amenity Wristbands are found inside of the unit. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the new resort pools as well as the private beach access and the Village tram

*Tram service is Not available Nov 1 through Feb 28/29. If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be provided in your Booking Confirmation Email. We do provide beach chairs you are welcome to use but we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

The village complex has a large parking lot and you are welcome to park anywhere in the lot as available. There is no assigned parking

*This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here.  Spring Break parties are not welcome here.  Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.

**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID, their Mailing Address, Email Address and Phone number upon booking.  This can be sent by text or email.  You are also required to digitally sign our rental agreement.  Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information and digitally signed the rental agreement

*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart

***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November)  we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes. 

**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape.  We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your Stay.

NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

My name is Rebekah McGee and my husband is Sean. We reside in New Iberia, Louisiana (Cajun Country) with our 2 children Gabi and Nick. I own and operate a Real Estate Brokerage in Louisiana and my husband Sean is a General Contractor. We have accumulated several rental homes over the years and thought it would be fun to venture out to Vacation Rentals. We began purchasing beach homes on the Gulf coast but wanted something different to offer our guests. When we visited 30A we fell in love with the area and the Vibe. We purchased this studio in January 2022 and began our renovations. I had a vision of what it could be and my husband being the talented carpenter that he is spent the last few months turning that vision into a reality. It is truly a Coastal Retreat! We are excited to be able to share it with you. Our top priority for our guests is to provide a clean, comfortable, and updated vacation home to make your stay enjoyable. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

All guests will be required to provide a copy of their Drivers License or acceptable ID, provide an email address and digitally sign our rental agreement, and provide a cell number to receive texted door code and other important information.
